This past Saturday, before we had a little run in with
that family, we met a friend and her son at Home Depot. Apparently on every first Saturday of the month Home Depot has a free kids' workshop where the kids get to do a little project. They each get their own Home Depot apron, and a pin with a picture of whatever project they did. After their first time they keep their apron and each time they come they get a new pin with a picture of whatever project they did. It's really cool, and totally free. My boys love tools and building, so I was excited to take them. Of course, Jodie and I had a bit of a hard time deciphering the instructions, so Mason had to tell us what to do. All in all, we had a great time. Our friend took pictures of the building with her phone, even after her son smashed her thumb with a hammer! So thanks to her for the record of our fun morning (and I hope your thumb is feeling better : ) ):

By the way, the project was a tool shed piggy bank. It turned out really cute! Also, I'm linking up with iPhone Photo Phun today.
